Terms of Use & Privacy Notice
These terms describe this website’s booking and request-history features. They do not replace a written estimate or service agreement for work at your home.
1. What this website does
This website lets you submit a home-service request, select a preferred time, view the request status, and exchange messages about that request. It is not an emergency service. For an immediate threat to life or property, contact emergency services or the appropriate utility provider.
2. Requests, scheduling, and prices
A submitted request is not a confirmed appointment or a promise that work will be performed. The requested time is held in the calendar while the request is pending; the service team must review and confirm it. Availability can change, and we may need to contact you to clarify the work or arrange another time.
Prices shown online are starting estimates, may vary by ZIP code and effective date, and are not a final quote. Parts, access, actual conditions, and the work needed can affect the final price. We will explain and obtain your approval for any changed scope or price before proceeding.
3. Work scope and licensing
Online service descriptions are general and do not determine whether a particular job requires a license, permit, inspection, or other approval. Work will be limited to work that may lawfully be performed by the person doing it. Work requiring a license or permit will be performed only by an appropriately licensed or authorized contractor, or will be declined or referred. A request does not authorize work outside applicable rules.
4. Customer information and photos
We collect the name, contact details, service address, ZIP code, problem description, selected time, and any photos you submit. We use this information to review and manage the request, communicate about it, and maintain its history. The service uses Cloudflare for website hosting and Supabase for request, message, and private photo storage. We do not process payments on this website.
Customer records and photos are not shown in the public booking catalog. A private order link provides access to that specific request and its messages. Anyone who obtains the link may be able to view the request, so keep it private and avoid using a shared device or browser profile. The saved request list is stored in this browser. This site does not provide a traditional customer login; to open a request on another device, use that request’s private link.
5. Messages and sensitive information
Messages are for coordinating the service request. Do not send passwords, payment card or bank details, government ID numbers, or other sensitive personal information in the description, uploaded photos, or chat. Messages are not monitored continuously; do not use the chat for emergencies or time-critical safety issues.
6. Availability and liability
We work to keep the booking tools available and accurate, but the website may occasionally be interrupted or contain errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or an unavailable booking tool. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, or changes any responsibility for work that is separately agreed and performed.
7. Contact and changes
Use the private order page to send a non-urgent message about a submitted request. These terms may be updated as the service changes; the version displayed here applies to future use of the website.
This page is a plain-language website notice, not a substitute for legal advice or the written terms required for a specific home-improvement contract. Licensing, permits, and required consumer notices depend on the job and location.
